Milford Police responded to a total of eight motor vehicle accidents yesterday. The most serious of which was an early morning, three car accident on Main Street that did result in some injuries. The drivers were a Milford woman, Jacqueline Torres, a Milford man, Patrick Salmon and a Holliston woman, Loretta Humphrey. Torres was one of at least two people transported by ambulance to the Milford Regional Medical Center for treatment. Milford police say the accident occurred shortly after 8am near the 7 Eleven convenience store on Main Street.
There were no injuries in connection with a two vehicle accident on Congress Street in Milford yesterday morning, however, a Milford man was summonsed by police. 42 year old Jose Falcon-Morocho of Congress Street is charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and for failure to slow. The car Falcon-Morocho was driving collided with a vehicle being driven by an Uxbridge woman, Erin Rouleau of High Street. The accident happened near the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home on Congress Street at about 8:15am.
A Milford woman was placed under arrest yesterday morning by Milford Police after she came into the police station having told police she returned a vehicle she was accused of taking without authority the night before. 20 year old Caitlyn Crossen of Spring Street was taken into custody on a warrant arrest. On Monday night, Crossen's ex-boyfriend had claimed she stole her vehicle while she was at work. Milford Police were unable to locate Crossen until she called to say she had returned the vehicle before she went to the police station and was arrested around 10:30am.
