The 2017 Shawna Shea Film Festival (SSFF), an international fringe film festival has expanded to two venues this year, spanning three days: Oct. 5, 6 and 7 at Starlite, 39 Hamilton St., a contemporary art gallery, performance space and craft cocktail bar and the home of SSFF. We’ve added a second venue this year: the Quinebaug Valley Council on the Arts and Humanities Art Center, 111 Main St. QVCAH is devoted to providing the Quinebaug Valley with art exhibitions, workshops, classes, and programs.
