By MyFM's Rick Michaels - There will be a special town meeting warrant tonight when residents of Bellingham make their way to out to vote. They will determine if the town of Bellingham would amend it’s zoning bylaws to allow for development of homes for age 55 and over on land around the New England Country Club Golf Course. The developer is Bonvie Homes. Ron Bonvie says town officials and residents have asked many questions through several informational meetings. Bonvie says the homes would be built around the golf course, which would remain in operation.
This morning you can hear an exclusive interview with Ron Bonvie, Communications Director Tory Spillman and for WCVB-TV Channel 5 reporter/anchor, Susan Wornick, who’s a spokesman for Bonvie Homes. They will all talk about all aspects of the project. The interview will run beginning at nine o’clock tomorrow on MY-FM in the morning. The Special Town Meeting warrant vote is tomorrow night at the High School Auditorium, starting at 7:30.
