Ralph Herbert “ Fagan” Webster, 91, lifelong resident of Milford, passed peacefully away, Sunday, September 17, 2017, surrounded by his loving family at the Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of Shirley (Colby) Webster.

He was born in Milford, July 27, 1926, youngest child of Clarence L. & Nettie M. (Smith) Webster. He graduated from Milford High School in 1944.

He worked for Seaver’s Express of Milford from 1954-1987 as a truck driver, night foreman and dispatcher. He owned and operated Fotocraft Photo Studios in Milford in the 1960’s. He also worked security for Adesa Auto auction in Framingham until his 88th birthday.

Ralph loved to talk politics, meet friends at Dunkin Donuts, watch football and baseball, and loved to play the lottery. But most of all he enjoyed the company of his family.

He was the loving father of 3 daughters, Cheryl and Jim Holmes of Westborough; Denise & Bernie Lucier of Mendon; Teri and the late Scott Wallace of Milford. A proud grandfather “Ralphie” to 6 grandchildren, Jill, wife of Kelli Kurek of N. Smithfield, RI.; Kelly, wife of Matt Renaud of Woonsocket, RI.; Holly VanderSluis of Manhattan, NYC; Allison Lucier of Boston; Trent Lucier and his fiancée, Madeleine of Wellesley and Kayla Wallace of Milford. And “Grampa Ralph” to 3 great-grandchildren, MacKenzie, Austin and Mason Renaud of Woonsocket, RI. He was predeceased by his siblings, Ethel, Helen & Ruth Webster, Clarence Jr, Kenneth, Donald, and Earl “Bull” Webster.

A memorial service conducted by Rev. Paul Sanderson, First Community Church of Southborough, will be held Wednesday September 20, 2017 at 11 AM in the Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home, 42 Congress St., Milford, preceded by a calling hour from 10 - 11 AM.  

Burial will be at a later date in the Webster family lot in Vernon Grove Cemetery, at the convenience of the family.
