By MyFM's Rick Michaels - Nomination papers are now available for the first time for any Milford resident interested in running for a Town Office in the Town Election in April. Milford Town Clerk Amy Neves reminding residents there are a number of current positions on the ballot including three-year terms for all of the following: a seat on the Board of Selectmen, with Will Kingkade already officially announcing last month of his intention to seek a second term, a seat on the Board of Health, with Ken Evans intending to run for re-election. Also seats on the Board of Assessors, Planning Board, Sewer Commissioner, with Rudy Lioce running for re-election, Park Commission and a five-year term on the Housing Authority. There are also three seats to be decided on the School Committee. Scott Harrison, John Erickson and Michael Walsh, Walsh is now serving on the Board of Selectmen. Neves says Town Meeting members, who will all serve three-year terms, will also be voted in at the Town Election. Ten members from each precinct. Nomination papers can be picked in Town Clerks Office and will be available until February 12th the Milford Town Election is set for Tuesday April 3rd.
