Milford High School Principal Accepts New Job

A message from Milford Superintendent of Schools Kevin McIntyre...

I am writing to inform the Milford community that Ms. Carolyn Banach, Milford High School Principal, has accepted an offer to become the new principal at Framingham High School.  Ms. Banach begins her new position in Framingham on July 1st. We want to wish Ms. Banach the very best in the future and thank her for the dedicated years of service she provided the Milford Public Schools.

On Tuesday, we began the search process to hire a new principal for Milford High School. Our district is looking forward to hiring a dynamic and dedicated educational leader who is focused on growth and achievement for all students. Our new principal will continue to build a positive and supportive school culture where students and staff will thrive. The process for hiring a new principal will include input from students, parents, guardians, faculty, staff, administrators, and school committee members.

The district is in the process of building the Milford High School Principal Interview Committee. We are seeking two parent or guardian representatives and two student representatives to serve on the interview committee.  Semi-finalist interviews will take place at Milford High School on May 15th and May 16th from 4 pm to 9 pmInterested parents, guardians and students must be available for the full duration of the interview process.  If you are interested in serving on the interview committee please email Melissa Bullock at mbullock@milfordma.com by Monday May 1st.

Additionally, all community members including staff, students, parents and guardians will have an opportunity to meet, ask questions of the finalists, and provide feedback on May 23rd during the Finalist Public Forum.
