Northbridge Selectmen meet tonight on a dog hearing for a canine owned by Kathy Heney of D Street. There have been three biting incidents with this dog. The third seriously injured a young boy. The Heney animal attacked another dog and when the young boy went to help his dog he was bitten on the hand and required medical attention. The boys dog was seriously injured including a punctured lung and other injuries that resulted in thousands of dollars in veterinary bills. Ted Kozak, the town manager, feels the dog owner should pay. In other business a fall special town meeting date will be set for Tuesday, October 27th.
