Hopedale Teen Charged For Disturbance

By MyFM's Rick Michaels - A Hopedale teenager is being charged following the report of a disturbance Sunday at the Rite Aid Pharmacy parking lot on Prospect Street in Milford.  19-year old Joseph Brigham is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.  A call to Milford Police yesterday afternoon around two o’clock reported an argument between two-males with one of them possibly having a gun.  When police arrived a Medway man was on the ground having a seizure and was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center for treatment.  Brigham left the scene with Milford Police notifying Upton Police to be on the lookout for the vehicle Brigham was driving but it was Hopedale Police who found him at his residence.  A weapon was retrieved and he was transported back to Milford.
