By MyFM's Jake Archer - The Holliston girl’s lacrosse team got a narrow victory over TVL opponent Ashland on Thursday, winning 11-10. Freshman Kaelin Trombly led the way for the Panthers with three goals in the win. Classmate Audrey Strock added two goals of her own. Sophomore Lauren Salley netted two goals and classmate Lily Trainor scored twice and grabbed an assist along with eight draw controls.
Holliston led 9-2 at halftime and almost let Ashland back in before hanging on to win. The Panthers move to 1-1 overall and in the TVL. They will host Hopkinton on Monday at 5 p.m.
