By MyFM's Rick Michaels - A Bellingham man is arrested for the second time within a month for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license in Franklin where he’s facing an additional charge of larceny. 52-year old David Murdock of 30 Central Boulevard was taken into custody at the Stop and Shop Supermarket in the Franklin Village Mall, at around seven o’clock Tuesday night. The store's loss prevention department was holding Murdock for Franklin Police who charged him with larceny over 250-dollars. Upon further investigation, he was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense. Murdock was stopped by Bellingham Police late last month on Route 126/South Main Street for an Inspection Sticker violation and was charged with operating with a suspended license and exhibiting another person's license to police.
